Narrow riding boots

My wife and I have been trying to find her riding boots that are narrow enough for her with no results. She needs an A width and no body seems to make them. Thought you ladies might be able to help. Thanks

I wear an 11B... only boots I have found that fit are Redwings. They are a little pricey but are well worth the money. Do not know what their selection of women's boots is like.
