Brought home the ZX-14 Riceburner picture Included

The dealer called after a two month wait and said that my ZX-14 was ready for pick up, off I went.
Anyway for all the guys out there that have had Rice rockets over the years including me a couple dozen before my Harley's. Let me tell you this bike should not be allowed on the streets, the shear power and acceleration is mind boggling to the point of why would you want one.

Enjoy the new bike...I wouldnt own one for two reasons though. First...i just dont have the reflexes needed anymore to ride that to it's full potential.
Secondy...IMHO..the only time a guy should be in that position ..would be directly behind his old lady.

Cool ride, be careful. Speed and power are hypnotic and alluring. Watch out of the blue hairs down there.

Love the bike. I still think the Hayabusa looks just a little better, but either one would make a good addition to my garage.

I think I will look into a good used Busa.

Nothing wrong with a Busa, I owned a 99, anyway you can pick up a 06 for around 10K OTD here.

I have heard that they are, but i found a small dealership in the middle off no place and wrote them a check for 1K under the asking price, and they accepted it.

I bascially paided MSRP OTD, that included TTT, setup and Freight.

Looks sharp, I especially like the look of the cans on that bike!

I am more a Busa fan myself though regarding the looks though. I've been debating a mid/late 90's GSXR600 or CBR for a fun toy (maybe a track day or two.....)

SV650 Suzuki twin, would be a great track bike, tons of cheap parts available, cheap to repair.

Very true, I haven't heard one bad thing about those bikes!

I'm just into the full fairing though, ever since my first ride on a GSXR750 back in 91........

Good call, the ZX is a big bore speed monster.

Been more than content, smitten is actually the word, for this XX in the garage here. Zero problems after seven years. Nothing but serious grins, and that is even from riding it far below its 175mph capabilities.
