Coolant crossover tube on '99 750 ACE. Need repair input.
Hello all.
The coolant crossover tube between the jugs on my wifes' 750 ACE is leaking.
From what I can see the two clips need to be removed, the tube pushed fore and aft to remove/replace seals, and the clips replaced to finish.
Am I close?

Not sure if this will help, but I just went through same deal, different bike. I have a Ace Tourer which has a 1100. The dealer did mine. They said they have to pull the head on one side so they can pull the tube out. He said it didn't matter which side, but a head had to come off. Of course, to do it in mine, the engine had to be pulled. Not sure if yours could be done in. Check with the Honda shadow forum or a dealer.
