Roll call for European users!
Often wondered how many European users are here.
"Phantom" recently asked for a European users forum, and "DPrice" suggested this International Events Forum be used - thanks guys.
I guess this post aims to kick-start our space!
I've been riding a few years, live in Edinburgh Scotland, and am waiting delivery of Silver & Black Heritage Springer (March 2003). I've been learning lots from this site, and am a sleepless man waiting for my FLSTS - I'm soooooo looking forward to cruising the Scottish highlands this summer.
Who else is out there, where da ya come frum, and whadaya ride??
Cheers

Hi Guys
great forum and the international section should be good for finding out about european events BEFORE they happen instead of reading about them after the fact.
I'm in the south of England and ride a 2001 Night Train.
Hey Tom I was up at Surrey HD today and they have a new 2003 Heritage springer for sale i did't see the price it was just out of the box. nice looking bike!!

Hi everybody,
I'm in Stockholm, Sweden. Did you know that Sweden is actually one of the HD crowdiest countries in the world? I read a figure recently about the number of registrered HDs here, but I can't recall it now. Customs, cruisers or whatever we call them are very popular here in general. I had a Honda Shadow until last autumn when I sold it and placed an order for a black Fat Boy '03. It's waiting for me in the shop now but it's still to damn cold and slippery out there. But within a month, maybe...
Tom, me and some friends plan to take a boat from Stockholm to Newcastle and go up north to run the whisky trail. Any special advice to us in terms of places to go, distilleries to visit etc? And how far is it from Newcastle to the part of Scotland where most distilleries are? All help is appreciated.

Hi,
New to this site, just registed today and have been looking through all the different threads. Like what I have seen, live in Essex on the edge of London, someone has too. Also have a FLSTS, 2003 in Gunmetal, I`am sucker for blue. Managed to put 1,200 miles on it before the weather turned. Bookeecup for Barcelona, in June along with 40 other Harleys from the local chapter, should be a ball. Look forward to reading more on this site.

Hi there,
Just signed on myself yesterday, it will take days to read through this site. Suffering huge withdrawal symptoms as I havent ridden properly this year. God it sbeen cold up here, just moved to Northumberland in October and they have been salting the roads since then. I ride an 03 Road King Classic Bl/Silver, just love the colour and looking to put many miles on her riding back south to ride with my mates in the Fenlanders.
Hope we can get the international section of the site buzzing.
Ride safe

I'm from WAY up there, northern Norway to be exact. Waiting for the delivery of my very first H-D (by no means first bike though), a new 2002 V-Rod. Just hoping to be rid of this darn snow within the next month...or two..
