My Australian Odyssey Video
I was in Gold Coast Australia, just south of Brisbane in Queensland, for the week on business and had a chance to rent a Road King from Morgan & Wacker Harley in Southport. I rode up and down the Gold Coast Hinterland hitting Spring Brook National Park, the Hines Dam, Mount Tamborine, the town of Canungra, then up to the Glass House Mountains and Beerwah. I posted a bunch of pics here. With about 28 hours on a plane I had lots of time to play and came up with this video. Let me know what you think.

Yeah, I headed back a day early. I am going to try to sneak out early in the AM (Sunday) to go down to Patriot to see the Ride of the Patriots. That's been my MO for the last few years. Usually pretty hectic down there. Nothing is for sure though as I have to spend most of the afternoon with the crew at home so I have been staying out of the thread. Were going to hit Viva Vienna around noon.

Welcome back. I think I am heading to EC Harley with the 13yr old and ride up to the Pgon with them. Plan on getting there early so I will be parked at the stealership (free coffee) and not down the road around the block somewhere. Not what the rest of the gang is up to yet.

Oh but you'all were tellin' me to take my wife's bike to Va Beach?!? I see how this works.
Hey John, how'd you manage to handle the shakes? That can get pretty hairy at speed, hard not to get tossed off when things really get wiggling. Scary shite.
And Doug ... my "grape"? I love that, I gotta start using that one. I usually just go for "melon".

Holy crap mate, if I had have seen your other post beforehand I would have suggested Morgan and Wacker - it's where I got my bike and HD's oldest dealership outside of the US. Also it's in my town, we could have got together for a cruise. Ah well...
