Three traveling salesmen all perish in a horrific car accident and arrive together in Heaven.
Saint Peter is standing there before the pearly gates and tells them that in order to enter Heaven, they must each produce something that symbolizes Christmas.
The first salesman reaches into his shirt pocket and holds up a lighter.
"This represents a candle", he says.
St. Peter tells him to proceed.
The second salesman reaches into his pants pocket and jingles his keys.
"These represent bells", he announces. So, St. Peter tells him he's good to go.
The third salesman thinks for a moment and pats down all of his pockets. He finally finds the item he's looking for...he pulls out a pair of lace panties and proudly holds them high for St. Peter to see.
Saint Peter asks,
"What are those supposed to symbolize?".
The guy replies,
"These are Carol's!".
