Has anyone been stiffed by True Track?

I purchased a TRUE TRACK for my FLH back in late July and I still have not received it. Numerous e-mails and phone calls later I still have no answers as to why it hasn't been delivered. I'm starting to feel like I was scammed and I wanted to know if anyone else here has had the same experience or if anyone here actually knows the owner Will Phillips? I have never been stiffed by a vendor before and I hope I'm alone here and that's it's just a fluke.

True Track

I ordered a True Track early August and I am still waiting for the part. I have not been stiffed because I didn't pay for it yet. I talked to the dealer who said he installed many of the devices and has never had a problem with them. He told me it basically a one man operation and then he contacted them for me to give me a update. They or he claims to be waitng on parts from his supplier. My wife and I experienced the famous HD wobble and went down braking both of our legs and her wrist for good measure. Since then its been a little scary on the curves. I am looking forward to getting the device I have talked to folks who have it and they highly recommend the device. Don't know about you but I am hanging in there and waitng. Hopefully not too much longer.

I have never had a wobble in many many thousands of miles ridding baggers, two up or single, if you wrecked because of this why are you not sueing harley rather than tryin g to fix a defect?

Stiffed no more

The part arrived yesterday so I guess 20 phone calls and 12 e-mails did the trick. More to come after I install it.
In regard to the wobble effect the only way to really appreciate how flexy Harleys are is to go ride a modern BMW. Take it up to 90 mph and go around a bumpy curve. You'll feel like you're on a rail. My Bagger doesn't even come close to this standard and after a few fast bumpy curves the bike hasn't instilled great confidence in the handling department. That said I love the FLH to death, I needed to slow down anyway.
