07 EPA sh!t

Friend of mine looking to trade his 06 FLHX for an 07.
I'm wondering about the O2 sensors and Cats and things like that.
I like the idea of the 96inch, but what's all the bad sh!t that comes along thanks the EPA.

Thanks
Brad

There are O2 sensors, but they mean nothing. Bike can still be tuned to please. O2 sensors can help keep it in tune once you get a few miles on it.

Looks like it will be a while before the aftermarket pipes are available unless of course you bypass the O2 sensors.

Are the O2 sensors in header pipes or the mufflers? If in the header, it seems you could still switch slipons easily.

Thanks for the replies...
O2 sensors are in the headpipes, went down to NM and checked out the 07 DWG & the Street Glide. According to the mechanic, D&D has a set of true dual already with bungs in them, but other than that (yet) it's slipons if you want to change 'em.
The 96 does sound meatier with stock exhaust than the 88's did. Waiting till my buddy picks his up to see how it feels on the road.

being the location of the 02's you can weld bungs in any aftermaket pipes, the heatsheilds will cover the discoloration
