Does that mean when I was in Italy and passed a scooter with the whole family (dad, mom and the two kids) on board, I should have waved four times?

I agree...I'm starting to think that this whole wave thing is just plain silly.

Won't matter much longer anyway. There is a bill in congress (CA) that will ban cell phones in cars and hand waving on bikes. The only thing that is hanging it up is the clause about nad scratching while motoring.

No...in the case of the multiple scooter line up....just hold the wave untill the entire entourage passes by...and remember DON'T MAKE EYE CONTACT..those "scooties" will turn on you like a band of Wolverines...I have seen it...it ain't pretty!!!

I have and will ride with people on the forum over the last two years. Seems the more they love to ride the more they get along with all riders.
Don't know any scooter riders but, have met a heck of a bunch of good people on different bikes than what I sell and ride. Many for that is all they could afford. I just can't find it in me not to show a kindness when one is given.
What's next only wave to Fatboy riders? People under 40? Only to people that ride red bikes?
Fellow named Paul wrote something a while back. I try to think of it each day. " Be ye kind one to another:" I would like to get that part right in my life before I check out.

they are not waving, they are fanning the air because of the smell of burning flip-flops
