Hmmmmm
Im an egotistical, ignorant, narrow minded sumbit. . . if you aint riding a Harley, I aint giving a crap. I dont care what y'all say back or whatever. I have spent many years on these things, built my first at 15 from a pile of parts in boxes, dweebs on scooters just make me shake my head. Yeah, those who ride, yada yada, but thats just my deal. Dont care what others think.

well we get waved at all the time its only freindly to wave back isnt it, here in france we usualy stick a foot out to say hi or acknowlege a kind act from a fellow motorist, over here cars will nearly always pull over a little to let us past, so we always say thanks with a foot. be lucky.

I started to wave only when waved at but decided the Hell with it, I am going to wave no matter what! It is how I rode all my life and am not going to stop now.

Oh, the "Bro Wave"...Well the short version is I was riding in Northern Michigan over Labor Day. Lot of bikes out, beautiful weekend. Between Charlevoix and Petoskey I pulled over for a person on a Sporty on the side of the road. The same 15 or so people who just gave me the "Bro Wave" had to have just passed this guy by. Yep, I asked, he said maybe 15-20 bikes rode right on by in the last 30 minutes. He clearly needed assistance, and some even had the balls to wave. All it means to me is "someone" wrote a check for $20K which any moron can do (maybe $22K if you add in the fingerless gloves/chaps/and HOG patches)
Yes, I was on my RK, the only others to stop were two guys on a Pan and Shovel.
Same thing happened near Midland a few weeks earlier. No one will help, but you're all bro's waving at each other, yea right.

I seen this thread and just had to share this..
I remember when i got my first HD....me and the OL went out for a good 4 hour ride that day. I thought either people absolutely ADORE my bike..or im being mistaken for a celebrity or something.
I had cars passing me and tooting the horn and giving the "hell yeah" wave out of their windows, passengers almost breaking their necks to turn around...there were guys on the side walk almost cheering as i rode by..
After a couple hours of this i was feeling pretty damn good about myself to say the least....That is until at a stop light in front of a vacant store front in town, it was very obvious that all the while without noticing..my wifes boob was hanging pretty much completely out of her tank
so much for my "celeb status"
