If I wave and a stuck-up dick thinks too much of himself to return that wave, I immediately yell...."I TAKE IT BACK!!!".....and so, the wave didn't count. So there...

I like it when they show that act of kindness (wave) when your broke down on the side of the road.... I stopped to help a guy the other day and he said at least a dozen bikes went by and waved. I did asked him did you wave back and he said YEAH RIGHT....

waving

It's just me, but most of the time instead of waving, I give "the nod".

On busy weekend rides I don't wave. In South Dakota the first part of August I don't wave. Around my small town I wave or any other day when there isn't hundreds of bikes out. Then I'll wave at any style/make of bike.

I always wave if it's out and about. Not around a rally or something as it gets out of hand.

Best wave I ever seen... Prolly 200 bikers over at a pig roast doing the post ride thing. Vespa scooter club ride (had to be 100 scooters all in a row) starts rolling past and both sides went wave nuts! Cutest damn thing I ever seen.

And if you don't wave at scooters... ride one. Get one. They're more fun than nympho twins.

Right.....Give a wave, get a wave.

And, I often wave first.

I pretty much wave at everyone from kids on pocket bikes on up. Heck, I'll even wave at one of them Honda rolling Barcoloungers.

But, I do have my limits. I can't bring myself to wave and sport bike riders who are in process of acting a fool. You know the ones--ridin' in shorts and flip flops while pulling a wheelie on a busy thouroughfare at more than twice the posted speed limit. I figure there is no point in getting that friendly with somebody who gives us all a bad name and probably isn't going to live that long anyway.

Around here the scooter riders are young kids, and I know when I see these kids wave to me they are dreaming of owning a Harley some day.

Waving......it's the right thing to do.

I always wave at anyone on a cycle. A bike thing I reckon.

If I recognize you as someone I know, I'll wave. Otherwise I focus on the ride.

Nad scratching is best done by your wife, sit forward and stand up.... she can reach'em.... you get to keep your hands on the bars....
