I need some suggestions on lowering a 2004 ultra...don't want it to look like the back is lower than the front...

I'm 5'8" on a good day. Do what I did to my '01 Ultra. Buy a lower profile seat, and get cushioned platforms installed on the soles of your boots to make you taller. Made enough of a difference for me. I don't like to lower the bike because then I loose lean angle and start dragging boards on corners.

As you can see, I'm new to this site....Hope I'm posting correctly...I did notice after original post there is a tech section...guess thats where I should have been...where did you get low profile seat? Harley has two and I tried the one that matches my passenger backrest..it put me closer to front of bike but not lower...the other one is pillow look and doesnt match backrest so havent ordered that one...i purchased a white bros lowering kit that moves rear shocks back to lower bike 1" but I don't think that is gonna look good so haven't installed yet....if you kno of other seats besides harleys i would appreciate info...I checked Mustang on line and Corbin on line and didnt see anything I thought would help....haven't had to stand on tip toes at red lights since mid sixties when I had a honda

The seat I have is the Road Sofa by Saddleman / Travelcade. Do a site search and I'm sure you'll find a posting on it.
