training wheels

looking for some sort of training wheel system to keep a disabled rider on the seat. the guy wants to keep driving his RK.

I've never seen them but I was told by someone that there is a system (2 small wheels) that somehow come out from under the bike at a certain slow spped. Maybe someone else had heard of this system.
