Rattle in Front fork area

I have this rattle in the front when I go over bumps, everthing seems tight, I put new bars on, but everything seems fine there, it sounds lower, how can i fix this, thanks, Denny

could be your brake pads....

Check your clutch cable,I had the same problem with mine then I put a zip-tie on the cable to frame and that resolved my problem.
