Pin and Patch

Sent in my dues and bought a new bike this year. HOG sent me a membership card for two years, but did not get a pin of patch for 2007. I think I have them allways gotten with my card. Does anyone know do they send them in a different package?

When I bought my 1st Harley in December 1999, I got the HOG patch a few weeks later and my March 2000 I got the 2000 patch and pin kit.
I think they still work the same way.

I just renewed for 1 year and got my card, pin, patch and touring handbook in one envelope. Maybe they do it different if you renew for 2 years. Why don't you call them?

They don't send it all together if you buy the bike at the end of a given year.
They wait to have the next year's pin and patch to sent it.
I bought a 1999 bike at the end of November 1999 and got the HOG stuff in 2 envelopes.
But there's no problem in callin the HOG office.

I got my new '07 card, but no pin or rockers. A note in the envelope said to expect them in Feb. 07. Same thing last year.

Ya may have to contact em, in the past they have misdirected my packets, but they have been good about correcting their mistakes, an gettin it there eventually.

If your membership is up after Jan 1 but you renewed early then all the trinkets will be mailed in Feb.

Just got my new rocker and pin today, 1-10-07. Neat rocker patch. Had to look twice to see the year without glasses.

How do you apply the patches to a leather vest, do you sew them on or is there some type of adhesive that you use? Sorry I dont know squat about clothes or crap like that.

I usually get mine done at a rally. you will usually find several vendors that deal in leather. The usual method is to place it on the jacket or vest with adhesive and them sew it on.

You may also find someone at a boot or shoe repair place that can help you out as well.

Unless it has changed the dealer you bought the bike from with send it in to the MOCO and you should see something show up in the mail in a couple of months....

Yes. They will send your New Map, patch and pin in a separate package. Just got mine yesterday.
