Angry My night at the Drag strip!

This is getting Old!I chased my tune up all night! No Pit crew just my Wonderful Girlfriend and I.She tried her best to help, but hadn't really had to before! The first pass was almost my last as my rear wheel hooked so hard the wheel came loose and the chain started slapping. It pulled real hard to-wards the wall and I just let out and cruised to a 10.59@117! I tried 4 different combo's getting a little bit faster each time. Finally as the track was closing my NOS was not up to pressure but I new this would be it .It goes 10.06@130.7!Dam it again a 10.0 pass.My bike on the Dyno is a Frigging Monster, but the track is so much different!I'm learning to forget dyno numbers and tune for actual conditions! I should be in the 9.30's but God is teaching me something because this sure does SUCK! Wish I had better news ,but at least My Bike and I are still in one piece! Till next week my Friends.

Yes thank you I needed that!I'm pretty BUMBED OUT!I haven't even unloaded my trailer yet.I'm so Pissed at My self and My bike! The air was about 4000ft last night "The Best in a Long Time" so it "SHOULD" have run FINE,but if this $hit was easy we would all have 9 second V-rods!It was the Hardest Leaving Bike of the night. My biker buddies at the track were pretty impressed how hard she left on the wheelie bars but just layed over by 200ft! AHDRA is comming this week so if all goes well I will test this friday night!

SuperKaz... your welcome!

Vrodheat...I got a couple of the decals in Sturgis at a Screaming Eagle trailer selling shirts and stuff. I did a search and could not find any decals but www.Hollywoodharley.com/ has the shirts listed. They might also have the decals if you contact them. They do have an awesome t shirt with the V-ROD on it, only $22.00! I got one of them in Sturgis and they are very high quality.
