Stuck coil bolt, please help

I am trying to remove the rear coil on my old VRSCA 03. The left bolt (6mm X 70 mm) the long one won't budge. Evidently the mechanic did an angry gorilla tightening job on it at the 10 K service. The 5 mm allen head is stripped out. I tried needle nose vise grips - no luck. I bought and used an ez out set, drilled correct size hole, hammered in ez out, used wrench and broke off end of ez out - no luck. I can't seem to drill through broken off ez out.

What other approaches have you used that might work? I am willing to buy more tools or try another approach. Can not use heat as the coil boot is right next to the bolt.

Thoughts and experience in this scenario are needed, please.

I had the same problem on a softtail....tried easy outs, etc....
what ended up working was using a larger drill and drilling out the head, then slip the coil OVER the screw. You'll need a new screw, obviously.....
