Not sure i like the looks of this bike but i would like to see it in person. Pictures never do a bike justice. I do like what they did with the pipes. Solves the problems with burning your legs.

I like the looks of it. But I looked at the accessories for it and there is no windshield available. That may be a deal breaker for me.

So far I see nothing about it that hooked me like the original did. I'll have to see it in person before I make a decision

V rod muscle

It actually to me has the looks, at first glance, of a Yamaha V max. Unfortunately, it will not be anywhere near the 200 h.p. that the Max will put out.

I like it... especially the rear fender and tail light.

Another year without a 6-speed tranny!!!??? WTF? My '02 was screaming for one the day it rolled off the floor and now we're into '09 and they still haven't fixed it? Dumb.

it does need a 6 speed , every other high revving motercycle has one , it has plenty of power to handle one also .

Well I got a nice test ride on one yesterday and thought it was a great bike by HD. power is nice and smooth and pulls hard from about 3000 all the way to the redline. Personally I didn't feel there was a need for a 6-sp. Chugged along nicely at 70-75 around 4000 rpm in 5th. The stock exhaust is super quiet....just a slight rumble when you rev it...I would do the Tabs or VH for sure. Handling was surprising for the length and rear tire size.

They do have a windshield but if are a tall guy you will not like it. At 5' 9" tall I catch all the air off the shield right in the neck/chin area.

Also as a side note when I installed it the lower brackets did not sercure the windshield very well. I happen to catch the HD reps at the shop and told them about the problem. The windshield floppped back and out of the lower brackets at about 55 mph. The fix cost me about a quarter. I used four rubber washers to help secure it in place. The HD reps said they would look at this when they got back.

I'm 6'3", won't work for me. I still would like to have one as a second bike.

Why put a shield on a second bike????? I only use it for long trips of 200 miles or more. The bugs up here in Alaska can be a real PIA without a shield and the weather changes in a short ride almost demands a shield.

Here is good example>>> hit a hail storm Saturday, suck, suck, suck....and Alaska has almost no bridges to hide under. We finially found a place to pull off the road and hide under some Spruce trees. The day was Sunny with a slight chance of showers, 70*. We seen the clouds coming in but was thinking just some overcast or the chance shower My wife, as a new rider, was not impressed. We had to wait almost an hour just for the hail to melt off the road. and things to dry off a little. The roads here are deeply grooved and hold alot of water. Vehicles going the other way always seem to run the grooves when passing you.
