N-line trailer

I had posted a while back about the N-line trailers, was wondering if anyone had one and If I could possibly get a pic of the hitch setup, I am wondering how they stay upright when parked or unhooked with just a single rear wheel and what design they have for verticle/horizontal movement of the hitch. I have heard that they trail extremely well, just looking for opinions.

The website showed it. It looks like a u-joint, it allows up and down and side to side only, there are 2 axis that it can move, not a unlimited number.
The single wheel trailer for a car has a up and down and a swivel wheel instead of a side to side axis. I think that they would work well.
