I have the same seat without the buttons and the backrest have put 30K miles on that seat and love it as much today as I did two years ago, and my copilot loves it as much as I do

GE, is that the CVO FLTR headlight trim?
If so, which parts did you have to buy. The dealer looked at the exploded view and it looks like you need the trim ring and another piece that surrounds the headlights behind the trim ring.
I REALLY like the look of the Screaming Eagle front headlight!

Doesn't look like there is a cover lens. I believe the Illumabezel has one.

Yves: Just installed a Clearview GT (-1" from stock) on my '08 Roadglide and it works fine. Less buffering than the stock shield even tho the stock shield is 1 in. higher. I am also 5' 8".

Greg, it is the Illumabezel with the black ring, I like the Illumabezel but would never just rely on the side yellow marker lights for turn signals, they are to near the headlights so I kept the turn signals on the bike. I to am interested in going with the CVO headlights, I ran my bike for about six months without the cover because I like the look but I was concerned that to must water could get back of the cowl so I went with the Illumabezel, nice look but may go with the CVO if not to costly, I looked at one and it looks like you need two additional parts to seal the area, I am going to investigate this week

Garry, I just installed the SE headlight bezel on my '08 and am pretty pleased with it. It just required the one part, about $28 plus shipping from Zanotti's. It was a direct replacement for the stock clear cover and I think it's going to provide satisfactory weather protection, although I would have liked to have seen a soft rubber seal between the bezel and the headlight frame. From everything I have read, the stock headlights are not shatterproof like the CVO's are, so it will be interesting to see if that presents a problem. Here's a link to a picture from another site: CVO Headlight Bezel

Thanks again

I ordered one of these from Zanotti on Saturday.
The week before I saw a CVO RG at Pig Trail HD. It was yellow and the headlight bezel was black. It caught my idea immediately. Yesterday I went to the Cycle World MC show in Dallas. Another CVO RG was on display from the HD demo truck... Orange and Black colors. I took a second closer look after reading all the questions here.
It really looks so much better than the fishbowl that comes stock.
I bought an EasyUp center stand at the show. As soon as I got it home, I put it on... pretty easy to install. It's a great item, very easy to put the bike upright and it is really solid on the stand.
I tried the stand several times... various stops on nearby streets at differing angles. On level areas, just let out the clutch and ride off with feet on the boards. If at an angle, the bike turns to the right a bit riding off... probably better to power off with feet down. I am looking forward to trying it on one of the long traffic signals... I am sure if will seem shorter if there's no need to balance the bike.
Oh, getting the bike on the center stand is simple. Just step on the lever with the left foot and it goes up... no pulling or other effort.
They say that when fueling on the center stand, that an extra 1/2 gallon of gas will go in. I will test that this morning... if it isn't true I will post again.
www.wheeldock.com for more info, videos, install instructions, etc.
I wish I had gotten this a long time ago.

How do you park the bike on a hill with the center stand? On a stock stand you need to lean it down the hill.

Please tell me it's not so!
In looking at a couple of the different Mfg sites I see a different part number for the 09 than the 07/08 for the slip-on exhaust. Specifically V&H. Anyone know what the difference is?

I also have the center stand on my bike, I like it. I bought my center stand from the Motor Company. does not have as large a push down bar as the Wheeldock, I would not suggest using a center stand on a hill, the foot print is to small to give enough security for me that the bike could not fall over but when I use my stand the most is to clean the bike and to fill up the tank I agree you get more gas into the tank in the upright position. I also find it rather easy to just step on the side of the stand and lean back and the bike drops back onto the stand

The difference on the center stand was 0.2 gallons. A bit short of 0.5 they suggest. I carefully topped it off on the jiffy stand then put in on the center stand. I really didn't expect to get 1/2 gallon in and don't care.
I have tried it in a few more settings. In a parking spot that was an upgrade with the opposite slot open. The upgrade makes even easier to go on the stand... riding off was a snap.
Oh... another ride buddy bought one at the same show. We got the same model of stand but he has a 08 CVO Ultra. After we put his on, he was having a hard time getting it on the stand. I had him try my bike while I tried his... his was much harder to get on the stand and felt seriously lower to me. I would bet HD lowers the CVOs.
I think he should exchange it for one with shorter legs.
They offer several sizes. I got the standard setup version (as did he) but they said there was a size for lowered in the rear, and another for lowered in the front and rear.
The best was at a couple long signals. It only takes a second to put it on the center stand and it is subtle so no one would notice. I sat there at one the that was a fresh red for 2-3 minutes with my feet up and then simply road off. It was fun... and the surrounding cars must have thought that I was awesome at balancing.
