Unhappy New King Tour Pak Lock -- No Latch

I just installed a King Tour Pak on my '04 Standard. When I ordered it I also ordered a lock to match my saddlebags and ignition locks.

I received the keyed barrel part of the lock but nothing else (e.g. no nut to secure the lock to the tour pak lid, no latch to catch the grove on the tour pak bottom, etc...).

Did I get short changed or is there something else I need to order? Btw, I have the service manual but it does not show the locking mechanism assembly on the tour pak. I also tried finding it in the HD parts catelog but no luck there either.

If I remember right there is an install kit for the lock, but You just swap what is there with the keyed lock? Seems I think I ended up with extra parts somehow related to the lock mounting.

I will see if I can find my invoice.

Thanks...this is a start. Now all I need is the nut and latch part numbers.

My tour pack had the non matching key set and all associated hardware when I received it, with the keyed to match the bike lock as a separate item. It was just a swap of the parts.
