Need part on Old Bike

I need the old tensioner screw on my '89 FLHTC. I busted off two of the spokes on that dog and it just ain't the same. It's the tensioner screw which screws into the handle bar control to set the throttle. I checked with Surdyke's and also Harley and both say unavailable. Bad...any ideas where I can get this little beast. Such a small part, but it's on my traveling bike and it is a must for long trips...any help or ideas are appreciated.

Part # 56402-83A

I found a dealer on line that had an old one for sale, so I found my part.
