i have seen a few twin cams with mechanical speed ometers and was wondering what year the digitals came out ,, i thought it was before the 99 intro of the t c

1999 was the last year for the mechanical gauges.

What sucks is, the nice-looking white-faced gauges won't retro onto a '99.

You are referring to the digital odometers, right?

yes i am talking about the odometers , i enjoy looking at the mechanical ones and seeing the occasional hi milage bike , i just wasnt sure when digital came out , thnx
