Tour Pack Lights for Electra Classic

Anybody know of a nice aftermarket solution for Tour Pack rear lights? Don't really like the big ol Ultra lights and would prefer something like a nice LED setup. I know about the HD Spoiler and am considering that but is there anything else around? For the $$ it would seem to me that there would be other options.

Thanks

I added a pair of LED light just below the lid on the tour pack. They are about 3 inches wide and spaced evenly from center. I spread them as far out as the radio antenna would allow. They are used as running light, brake lights, and turn signal. I tided them into the HD module that allows the turn signal lights to act as brake lights too. That way I did not have to cut into any factory wiring. I ran a wire from the module under the seat up through the normal wiring hole in the tour pack. Then I removed the metal plate at the bottom of the tour pack to get to the wiring. Not a very difficult at all. What I hated the most was drilling holes in the tour pack. There is a slight curve to the tour pack, but the lights were not very wide. The curve of the tour pack was not a problem. I feel a little safer with the extra light especially sense the lights are higher up.

The picture does not do the lights justice.

It would be hard to outshine the wax job you have on that baby! Talk about a mirror finish. By the way I like the lights too.

Nice! Thanks for the pic

That is exactly what I was thinking of except I want to put a 6" in the middle for run/brake and two 3"rs like you have on either side for run/turn. How do you have your wired?

Here's another option. You can buy the light for the H-D spoiler without the spoiler. Mount the light to the bottom trailing edge of the tour pack. I attached the light to a piece of angle aluminum and then mounted the angle aluminum to the two existing rear bolts that at the bottom/rear of the tour pack. Didn't have to drill holes in the tour pack. The light tucked up under the tour pack so you hardly notice it until it comes on. Another good point about this light is I didn't have to splice into light wires. It comes with a connector to fit the accessory plug located in front of the battery (02' FLHTC) which operates the tail and stop lights of the new LED light bar.
