Streetglide wheel to an 01 RK

Will a 09 and newer front wheel bolt up to an 01 RK? Like the simple look and low maintenance of this style wheel.

I don't think so, if I'm not mistaken its a different size axle/bearing...I may be wrong, but look at the wheels in the new parts/acc catalog and see where the break is.

I understand it will
You will need the axel replaced to the 08 and later though
different size bearing

I was kinda wondering though if the bearings were changed over to your dia. if this would be a simple swap where you would not need a axel...

Was told that the bearing would need to be swapped but it wouldn't be an issue. Kinda surprised with some of the prices I've encountered for the take off wheel. 100+. I'm probably a bit cheap I guess. Decided to stay with the stock set up has always served me fine in the past. Now for new tires.

I put a `12 SG front wheel on my 05 RK. My stock wheel had 1' bearings so I ordered a 25mm axle and spacers to fit the SG wheel and used my rotors, everything bolted up no problem. The SG wheel I got was non ABS so I didn`t have to change any bearings.
