Transforming a Streetglide to a Roadglide

I've put 45000 miles on my 09 Streetglide and I want to transform it to a Roadglide. Another bike would be nice but I have other projects goin on. Has anyone done this? I will be reusing interchangable parts gauges, radio etc. Other than the obvious inner and outter fairings what else need to be bought? Mirrors, speakers, fairing mount??? Thanks

there are a number of threads on doing this, and yes i think a number of people have done it. Use the search feature and i would also recommend getting a service and parts manual from HD, it will make it all pretty easy. You can get parts from Lake Shore HD at a discount for any of the minor stuff you cant find used like on e-bay.

Thanks Tim...I figured it has been done before. I did search but didn't find the right thread yet..I'll keep looking when I get home. I have the service manual and have a good connection at a dealer for discount parts.Thanks again
