lifters/pushrods

Go with solid pushrods and Fueling lifters... can't beat em!

Go with Comp Cams lifters, about $15 a pop. No need to pay Harley tax on Chevy lifters. If your cam uses stock springs go with the normal service unit. With the higher lift cams you can use the anti pump up unit.

For push rods, my pick would be S&S.

That's what I use as well...No issues to date.

+2 on Comp lifters. No problems yet, about 30,000 miles.

We have two options, Quickee, or Standard adjustable. Both can be installed with out removing the rocker boxes. Quickee's are much easier to install, both are 32 threads per inch. The quickee's are designed so that a wrench never touches the threads. Some of the other pushrods have a flat machined across the threads which can cause damage when adjusting.

Good luck, call our tech line we would be happy to assist you.

I have used both styles of the S&S pushrods, the quickees are just that, really quick to install, the other requires removal of the lifter covers but still better than removing the boxes if you chose to go the route of adjustables and I run those in my own bike.
