Stock or not?

I just picked this up; I heard it is not the stock dash setup - supposed to have a tach?

Can anyone shed light on this? Maybe show me what it's supposed to look like?
What would it take to make it stock, or add a tach?

Looks like H_C found what you have.

And, RK,s do not come with tachs. You could either spend big bucks for a speedo\tach combo or get a handlebar cover mounted one. I think once you get used to hearing the rev's you won't need one.

To make your dash look stock, you could bid on something like these:
