I think they look cool, but I have to wonder what riding one would be like on a mountain road.

LMAO, the other night at Hooters Bike night there was a trike with a 26 front tire and race car tires on the back. A funny picture would be that trike and the toy bike parked next to each other in the Garage.

Don't much care for the looks.
What's next a 12 in. front wheel?
To me they are just another fad that will go by the wayside. I think they look look ridiculous on cars/trucks too!!

At some point, everyone will agree on what's "too extreme". I suspect we'll find out in the next few years.

I'm not a fan of the 26" front wheel. I don't like the look, I think that it makes the front of the bike too crammed together. Not to mention that you can't tell me you don't have to worry about the fender slamming the fairing.
If you ask me a 21" front is the largest I would go and still maintain full functionality as well as what looks best. Again, this is just my opinion.

Actually, there is a local guy around here running a 23" wheel and the under side of his fairing is beat up pretty bad. I don't know if that's the case for every big wheel bike. I'm sure some are built better than others.

I think they look cool and yours looks great. Seems to be a rather expesive cosmectic change. That's all you see now a days in every bagger magazine. But they are truly custom.....

Well Red, I suppose if you've be around here for a few years, you knew what you were getting into asking for opinions.

I think it looks pretty sharp myself. I like the lines a lot.

As far as tough riding in the mountains, that would keep me from wanting one, but then I don't live in Chicago.

Did you screw up a nice bagger? It is technically a touring bike (or was), but since you own it, do whatever the hell you want to with it. I'm not paying for it. If I don't like it, I won't look.

I wonder though, if this is a case of form over function, what is the point of the 124 cubes with NOS? Make it handle worse and go faster? Seems like a death trap combo.

Maybe that's why they all have skulls painted on them Tim.

To each their own for sure and even more when it comes to HD.
I do not care one bit for the bicycle tires on Touring bikes

I like the way some of them look if their done tastefully. Some go a bit over the top though. I'm a simple, plain works for me, kinda guy, so my stock set up works just fine for me.
