Cup holder for Street Glide?

Looking for a cup holder for SG. I have an 09, my bars are too close to the tank for a cruiser caddy type.

I saw a SG with a ring type holder but the owner couldn't remember who made it or where he got it and there were no names on it.

What are some of you street Glide owners using?

thanx

That's what I have too, but mine stays on. Barefoot has his own site too.

Just be forewarned, a buddy just had to ride with his thermal mug of coffee, rather than drink it before the ride or while stopped, like the rest of us. He hit a pot hole and that nice heavy metal thermal mug ended up bouncing off of his custom painted tank. Not Pretty. If you do end up with a holder, try and stick with the plastic mugs. We ended up getting him a Plastic set up for his birthday with a special type of built in straw, but he still insists on using the heavy metal insulated to keep his coffee hot. The guy drinks coffee 24/7.

I carry a 1 liter steel thermos of tea, Dr Pepper, or Gatorade. If something causes it to ding the tank like that, I think I'll have more than cosmetics to worry about.

His did not bounce out of the holder. He was sipping his coffee and hit a dip in the road. He lost his grip on the cup and as they say, the rest is history! Add that to all of the times he's poured coffee down the front of himself, or was paying more attention to the damn coffee cup rather than what was in front of him and he stood the chance of losing some riding partners???

Ok, I understand better. My thermos has a pop-up nipple, like on water bottles; so, hopefully, at least, lessens the odds of that kind of accident. I also try to be real careful about WHEN I get a drink.

But, I'm enough like your amigo that that thermos is always with me.

I quit making margaritas while riding, and stick with simple mix drinks now.

It was tricky pull starting that 2 stroke blender. The key is to keep your front end serviced, so you can take your hands off the bars.
