Wow,you dug up an old one.Since then I bought a new bike!

Anyway,I use a Ratio-Rite measuring cup.Easy to pour the fluid in the little space.
These are great for mixing ratio's and measuring also.Been using one for ever.

Heres a link....

Some use a piece of cardboard.
Harley has a handy-dandy funnel that is for the primary.
Reasonable and can be used over and over.

First, you're new here so here's a welcome to you.
Second, find a funnel with a small enough spout to fit - I have one so I know they are available.
Third, if you have a question do not be afraid to start a new thread. Readers will not have to sort through the many old dead posts just to get to your actual question.

HD actually sells the perfect funnel that works just for this....another option that will work in a pinch is a paper plate cut and bent upwards...

The long funnel designed for the dipstick tube on automatic transmissions works well also. Not very expensive from Oreilly's, Autozone, Walmart etc.

Secret...

Usa a piece of cardboard, the same kind i use under the oil filter to carry out the oil...

Derby cover off..... Use a 3" wide by 6" long cardboard will make a good pour surface....
You'll figure out HOW, Lots of ways to fashion it to work...

Some dealership have them. If yours doesn't try an auto parts store. About $20
