2010 FLHX rear shock leaking oil

This bike has 975 miles on it on smooth roads. Noticed oil leaking from right rear shock, (I weigh 170 lbs), Is there a problem with these shocks. Is this a warranty covered item.

Had a similar problem on my 09 SG. They swapped it out pretty quick

Yeah I just got off the phone today with HD Customer Service. The shocks are covered under the "Factory Warranty" but not "Extended Warranty". I've got 2007 Ultra with one of the rear shock starting to leak. The bad thing is that I am 3 months out of the factory warranty and it's not covered under the extended warranty.

This sounds like a factory defect. When I left my bike yesterday someone else had the same problem. Did the 1K check, wait a week for the shock to be replaced by the factory, shock wasnt in stock.
