New-Guy..Again... Stereo f/FLHTI

I was curious since I don’t really want a radio, cd player, Bluetooth, etc if I could just install an amp, speakers and power supply for my MP3 player (Zune)?
If so, what (or who) would you suggest?
Thanks a ton in advance
Paul

It would be best to get a sony deck and kit off e-bay.

by the time you fiddle fudge around with the amp and speakers and hoo ha, your gunna be close to the kit price and you still won't have a radio.

I'll probably end up doing just that. I kind of wanted a "glove department" but I will make do with a dash bag.
By the way, I saw your seat in the seat forum and that bad boy ROCKS
Something very similar would look great on my black/blue flmaed HOK paint job. Gee thanks..Now I have to devise a scheme to "rat-hole" some money to hide from my wife.

I've wanted something similar to what you described but nobody makes such a unit. I can't find anything I want to listen to radio-wise and even less on the Sirius/XM stations. But if I had an amp with a couple of controls (vol/treb/bass) and a USB for a thumb drive (or Zune/Ipod) I'd be in heaven with my own programmed music.

I agree.. The power supply part wouldnt be a big deal (cig lighter wiring) but the controls would be a mother.. And the amp, I beleive is readily available.
If I were an electronics nerd, I could make some money
