Well, I guess I'm outta here..
After not doing much riding at all over the last couple of years, I've decided to sell my Street Glide and maybe buy an old muscle car of some kind and fix her up. Been riding for many years now and just don't get out much anymore like I used to. I have posted a link to my bike for sale on EBAY in case anyone might be interested in a great bike at a great price. Thanks for the useful info I learned here and ride safe.........

It might take a while but you'll be back.
Got into fishing for about 6 or 7 years with fairly fancy boats so sold the HD.
Retired and needed something more. Sold the boat, got another HD and happy ever since.

Once it's in your blood you can't get rid of it. You'll be back if you are like the rest of us.

Wow, really nice bike! I guess you really are ready for a change if you're selling that.
Best wishes to you.

Sorry to hear that. now is about the worst market for used HDs I have ever seen. You might want to hang on to it if you can and wait this out.

Yep. There's no car made that's as fun as riding any motorcycle. Just wait until you're in your old 70's Plymouth and you see the motorcycles gliding by!

WOW! No kidding! That's one nice a$$ bike!!! I'm doing the 'torque' upgrade right now.. so NO money. But, I WANT my bike to look like yours whenever it is I am 'done'. U did a very nice ride!!!
I went the 'other' way than you are going.
I had a NEW 2008 Z06. What a BEAST!!!
Ummmmm... a bit of bad times were heading my way (if I only knew how bad), and decided I should dump the vette. I was doing a track weekend at Autobahn CC, near Chicago.
Went home, bought a Dyna. Hated it. Bought a Heritage... and I NEVER looked back.
I had owned a buncha shovels and an electric start pan, back in the 'day', but I have fallen heads over heels in love with riding this time around.
a "car" just couldn't cut it like the bike.
So... dude, bad time to sell. Just hold onto it for a bit. It is a beautiful bike. Might be you are depressed or the devil has you or something. Wait a bit... maybe it will come back.
If you DO sell... you want to NEVER regret the decision...
(((Shovelmike... you might be a dumbass redneck hillbilly mofo.... but that's one beautiful granddaughter! I feel for you Bro. Both the bad and the love that she brings into your heart. What a nice picture!!! God comes to visit us mere mortals in the most unusual ways.)))

Very nice bike. If I had a buyer for my Heritage, I'd make a bid on your bike. Of course it would suck riding it back to Canada lol...not!

gliderman,
Like others have said you'll be back you just don't know it yet.
I wish you luck with your new hobby and can only say as a daily driver of a 30+ year old car its great to have a car you actually have to drive. It doesn't drive you.
I can say I have great fun driving and riding and if you find the car you want you never know there may just be room in the budget for the bike as well.
