Question Dusty Bags

The Hard Bags on my FLHT do keep contents a lot dryer then soft bags but have a tendency to cover everything inside with a fine coat of gray/white dust. I presume the dust is from the glass itself. Short of liners, has anyone else experienced this problem and developed a solution.

Skin
Someone sells, I think it's J&P, a kit that's made of felt. I think it's peel and stick stuff. I've not tried it because I bought the canvas bag/liners for mine, but looks like it might do the trick.

Da ! yea, this is what i was looking for. I've seen the liners. bags, etc. but i was kinda enjoying the simplicity of the hard bags over all the double bagging and water proofing of soft bags. It'll be done tonight. If i still find it to be a problem, there's always all those HD shopping bags hanging around the garage.

"I swear Honey, I didn't buy anything new from HD, I don't know where all those bags came from......."

I was noticing the same recurring problem. I got to looking closer and felt it was the contents of the bag (gun, glasses, leatherman tool, and etc.) rubbing the floor of the bag. I had a piece of the same rubber liner used in the Geezer Glide tour paks and made some custom fit saddel bag liners. I also bought the saddle bag lid liners (overpriced but very handy) to get the small sh*t out of the bottom of the bag.
