Wheel Swap

I have a chance to buy a set of take off 2009 17 inch rims and am trying to find out if they will fit on my 2008 Street Glide. Thanks

What are they coming off of? What are they going on? If your bike has ABS, you have to have ABS wheels.

Don't know about the swap fitment, but the only difference between ABS and non-ABS wheels is in the bearings. The ABS bikes have an encoder inside the sealed bearing on one side. If you use non-ABS bearings on an ABS bike, your ABS won't work (obviously). If you don't have ABS, you can use either type bearing.

With the different wheel sizes and wider rear tire, will the 09 FLH wheels fit an 02 to 08 FLH w/o fender mods?

Not on the wheel itself but definately something you have to consider......the spacers on the ABS are also different size than that of non-ABS, due to the different bearings, etc.
