mowpar is an unknown quantity at this point
lowering handle bars

New to forum and new to bikes, example how do you lower handle bars, on a 99 road king?

Welcome to the forum, the first thing to do is remove the handlebar cover and chrome spear thats on top, then loosen the 4 allen head bolts that hold your handle bars on and move the bars where ever you want. Before you put the cover back on, go down the street and see if thats where you want them. About an hours work, max
