Torque Values For Ultra Classic Rear Shock Bolts?

Does anyone know the torque values for the rear shocks bolts on a 2003 Ultra Classic FLHTCUI? I purchased a set of Progressive 440 shocks, and I can't find the proper torque numbers for the mounting bolts. Thanks.

I show: Upper bolt 33-35 ft.lb / Lower bolt 35-40 ft.lb
