What fits what?

2 question to all you parts guru's

1. Will a 97 Electra Glide Tank fit a 01 Electra Glide? Did the mounts change or the seat mounting?

2. Does anyone know the difference in part numbers 27614-99 and 27613-99. Besides the actually number difference (LOL!) 613 is the intake manifold for 01 carbed FLHTC 614 is also an intake and does not seem to be much different. I would like to use 614 (because I have it) instead of buying a 613....
