zoomlens wants to know Dino or Syn?
Poor Man's Cruise Control

I saw a bike over the weekend that had a black plastic "paddle" looking device snapped onto the throttle's hand grip that reduces right hand fatigue over long hauls. For the life of me I can't remember the name of it. I do plan on getting the plug in Cruise Control Module from Harley sometime soon but have a long ride coming up before then. Any help will be appreciated.

Thanks
Jim

I know the one you're talking about. If you can lay your hands on an AMA magazine, it's in the back in the classified ads. I'm at work and can't find my magazine.

I've had a ThrottleRocker on both my bikes for 4-5 years now. They are something you're either going to like or hate. AND they can get you in trouble until you get use to 'em. You'll find that the position you put it on the grip is very important.

Had a friend buy one, rode maybe 10 minutes and tossed it to me...said "I hate this damn thing".

As far as being a poor man's cruise...I find that I use the heck out of mine on trips even on my Ultra which has cruise.

There are a few different versions and I found them all on the Kuryakyn site. I use the first one on all my bikes even my custom Fat Boy with chrome grips. I keep mine on all the time and have no problems even in slow traffic. I am so used to it now that not having it would seem strange.

Worth trying, I suppose, but I hated it. Gave mine away.
