Question Filling Gas Tank

Is there any tricks to filling the gas tank without getting gas all over the tank? Is the strap on the seat safe enought to hold someone on? Thanks

dont fill it TOO fast, and don't stick it in all the way and listen for the change in sound (we still are talking about filling a gas tank... right??? )

As for the strap...emergency hold, but not a life line.... in my opinion...

I generally have an idea how much gas I will need, and slow down a lot on the last 1/2 gallon or so.
