03 headlight

Is there anyway to add a reflective metal type material in the housing to get a brighter headlamp , similar to what they did with the 05's?

thx

Yup...buy the new one from H-D or one from an aftermarket mfg. I can't imagine how you could add stuff to the reflective surface of the headlight interior without really messing it up.

TheTick is an unknown quantity at this point
Or you could just buy a better H4 bulb to replace the cheap one the moco installed. The new headlamp comes with a sylvian silverstar, I put one in my '03 xlc and it was an excellent improvement (so is the phillips extreme white).

I also run either the H-4 or 9003 Silverstar bulbs. Good stuff.

i have a 03 883r and i just bought a aftermarket headlight for like 20 and then 20 on the silverstar bulb and its brighter than my buddys three lights he has on his. do that and then spend 30 on a xtended headlight trim ring and you will be all set.

look on ebay or jpcycles or vtwinmfg something like that
