If your bikes engine is stock, than the stock HD plugs will work fine.

If your bike is basically stock (CR, cam etc) hard to beat the OEM ones.

If bike runs good, just get the same ones, when it's replacement time.

Plugs on a basically stock motor last forever. Good to have a set of spares handy when the time comes............

I personally love the SE platinum plugs.
weird as it may be, but I noticed a seat in the pants difference when installed and wont put the cheapo HD plugs in anymore unless I am useing as a tuning / reading set and data only.

I seriously did catch a 12" wheelie in second when I first installed them, never could before and they seem to idle crisper and give more ooomph when needed.

I also have the SE air cleaner , carb rejet and SE II 3" pipes and SE ignition and plugs.

autolite finewire is my preference.stock plugs are fine.platinum are basically for corrosion resistance, but plugs usually foul before they corrode

I put in a set of non platinum screaming eagle plugs. When I took out my stock plugs I was amazed at the different size gaps they all had. I added an ignition at the same time and noticed a nice power increase.
