valve adjustment

I am new to HD. when my bike warms up I can hear what sounds like valve chatter. I have heard that they have hyd lifters and no adjustment needed. Is this true?

Thanks for the input. I just talked to the previous owner and he was using full synthetic in the engine. I ride 80 miles a day. Should I stay with this oil or use something different?

I use full syn in my Harleys, 20/50 and your choice of brands. But your choice of dino oil is very acceptable too.
