There is no replacement for displacement.
You had better invested in 1200 cc.
Staying with the 883, adding hc-pistons, special cams, larger carb, noisy exhaust will result in a nervous engine, not very reliable, high costs, poor results.

My 1998 883 was converted to a 1200 at the Dealership by the original owner.

The parts used are listed below.

Buell 1200 Cylinders
Buell 10.0:1 pistons
Buell Thunderstorm Heads
Screaming Eagle cams
Screaming Eagle Ignition and coil
Screaming Eagle A/C with K&N Lifetime Filter
Screaming Eagle jet kit
Vance & Hines 2 into 1 Pro Pipe
Progressive 11 1/2 inch shocks to keep the front tire on the ground.

It took 3rd place in he AMI Brute HP Shootout in he 1200 V-Twin class at Daytona back when he was a student there.

Has some 80 plus HP at the rear wheel.

Later models came with the same heads, springs and what not used on Buell's. Maybe 1Fast2Liter will see this and chime in.

Otherwise do some searches for 883/1200 Conversions here and I am sure you will find info as it has been discussed often.
