Lightnin is an unknown quantity at this point
has there been any work done to the carb?
Have you put a carb cover on?
It's possible there's a pinch or puncture in the carb diaphragm. If that's the case.....about $40 if you know how to replace it yourself without pinching it again.

It very possable, But it looked good when I had it off. But I will double check it again. But the carb was never off when it started to leak. I just took the carb off about three weeks ago to check it and everything look good,And it was working like it should. Thats what got me stumped. But I will get a new diaphragm and try it. For $40.00 I'll try anything right now. Thanks for you reply. Ride safe and keep the rubber down

if you replace the diaphragm...be sure to line up everything right and use some rtv silicone sealant on the diaphragm once you get it where you want. When you screw in the carb cover, that is what has a tendency to pinch it (the screws).....from my experience.
