Misfire or stumbleing

I am Cruising down the road its flat about 45 in 4th gear the engine doesn't seem to be laboring, It feels like there is a slight misfire/stumble ,5thgear 50-55 same thing only more noticeable.
I wouldn't say the engine is bucking, its more of a stumbling feeling for a split second or so.Can't hear any misfire as the wind is loud.

Get on it real hard from a stop and it pull's hard threw all the gears no problem, no evidence of misfire or stumble.

I don't think its my upper torso bucking the wind.

WTF

Hey I have the same problem, sometimes there's a slight misfire when i hit the throttle around 3rd/4th gear but its very rare and when I'm on idle it shakes a lot but no hesitation. did you get yours solve?

Same problem here with my 2008 XL 1200 C. Right at "boulevard speed - rpm" where you describe mine stumbles or has a dead spot. Get it past there and she runs very good.

Took it back to the dealer where I bought it and they said "no problem - it's in your head". Took it to another dealer 50 miles away and it has been there 5 weeks. Problem is a mismatch in compression, the front cylinder is 20-25 psi lower than the rear. Harley (they refer it as the Motor Company) says the diff should be less than 5. Right now the camshafts and gears are being replaced under warranty. Will let you know if this works, maybe this week.

Well, changing the cams out didn't work. Service manager is exasperated and waiting on the Motor Company for what to do next.
