Need help with Bareback's install on my Heritage

I just bought the Bareback supports for my saddlebags. They make the saddlebags easily detachable. I ran into a problem though.

I bought the one's that can be used with the detachable sissy bar and rack. BUT I dont see how this install is accomplished. The existing thru bolts that have the grommets for attaching the sissy bar are supposed to be replaced with new ones that come with the Bareback set. But there are no grommets on the new ones for the sissy bar and rack to attach to.

I cant figure this out...has anyone done this install before??

I don't know if this will help or not but when I got Boss bags for my Deluxe I had to move my HD detachable grommets over to the new Boss thru bolts.

Yes you have to use the ones from your Harley detachable kit and move them over to the barebacks.

Thanks for the info....I didn't think they were removable from the bolts. There's a black washer on the bolt keeping the grommet on there. Its attached though.......should I cut the washer off to remove the grommet??
