Carburetor Jet Sizes for 2000 FLSTC?

I have a stock 88B with high flow AC and SE II pipes and get a little decal pop, otherwise it runs fine. I live and ride at approximately 5,000 feet. What carburetor jet sizes would be recommended?

I have not pulled the carb to see what's in there, but I suspect I have the OEM jets.

Read this, it has you covered and saves me a lot of explaining. you don't have to do the mods except removing the plug from covering the idle adjustment screw

He said he couldn't remember the number but he did say he went up ONE size on the slow jet, didn't bother the main jet and adjusted the air mixture screw out approx 1/4 to 1/3 of a turn.
Hope this helps. He did that on his when he got it ( 2005 TC 88 also ) and on my Softail Deluxe .( 06 .)
We have ridden from sea level to over 10,000 ft with no problems or further adjustments. Mine has 81,000 and his has 52,000 ( the rest were on the Electra Glide and it's fuel injected )

Definitely do as nitram says,,, screw the adjuster out 3.5-4 turns from lightly seated
Start with a 45 low jet, and a 190 high speed... a little big to compensate for altitude

Thanks all for your input. I checked and the cap is still in place over the idle mixture screw so I suspect I have the stock jets for my engine that being 160 main and 42 slow jet. I've read nightrider info a couple of times, in one place he recommends 10 over on the main which would be a 170 and next number higher on the slow which would be 45. In another place he recommends a 180 on the main. At my altitude I am guessing a 170 main would work best?

He also says to start at 2.5 turns out on the idle mixture screw and says under normal circumstances it should be between 2 and 3 turns out. Would the 3.5 to 4 turns Terry suggest then be if the standard jets remain and not replaced? If the jest are replaced as recommended then the additional 1/4-1/3 seems to be the rule of thumb. Correct?
