I would say a RG also, I am 5'6" & I hated to RG that I road mainly because I was too short for it I think. For someone who is 6'6" is should be great.

If you have lots of money to spend, Lucky Devil Metal Works in Houston, Texas can stretch a stock softail frame to fit you. I have no idea what this modification will cost. Here is a link to an article on Bikernet where they modified a Heritage Classic.
